How to Make a Warranty Claim
We make the warranty process simple and hassle-free. If you experience any issues with your lighting system, here's what to do:

Assessment
Our team will review your claim and may schedule a service visit to diagnose the issue. Most assessments are completed within 48 hours.
Resolution
If the issue is covered under warranty, we'll repair or replace the affected components at no charge to you. Most repairs are completed within one week.
